  • Cost of shipping?

Shipping prices vary based on item purchased. Doormat shipping rates are based on weight and distance. Other items shipping rates vary. Please see individual items for accurate shipping information. SwagMats uses 2 day UPS Ground shipping rates for ALL orders. 

 

  • Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping to international destinations. UPS International rates are calculated by distance and weight at the time of checkout.  

 

  • What happens if my item is lost or damaged?

All orders are packaged with care, however, we understand things happen. Please email us at orders@swagmats.com if your item arrives damaged.

If your doormat is lost by UPS, please reach out to UPS directly. Please also reach out to us by email at orders@swagmats.com to inform us that your package has been lostIn most cases, we will send out a replacement doormat. Please note that shipping cost for a replacement doormat is paid by the customer. Verification of doormat being lost has to be confirmed before replacement is sent. 

 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to COVID-19, please understand that shipping delays may occur domestically and internationally. Once package has been handed off to USPS, it is out of our hands. 

 All orders are shipped within 7 - 14 business days after purchase. This excludes Saturdays & Sundays. Keep in mind that most items are made to order. After shipment U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-5 days after post office receives package. International orders can take up to 14 days or longer.

JULY 2021 UPDATE:

DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF SUPPORT OUR BUSINESS HAS RECEIVED, THE PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL ORDERS IS 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. (this is subject to change with volume of orders) 

 SVG Files are sent via email immediately after purchase. No physical product will be mailed to you. 

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not shipped. Email us at info@swagmats.com to cancel your order. Once your shipping email has been sent your order cannot be canceled. 

 

  • What payments methods do you accept?

 Here at Swag Mats, we accept all major credit cars – VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

 2021 UPDATE:  SEZZLE

SwagMats now offers Sezzle to split your payments. You can get your SwagMat now and pay later. Simply choose Sezzle at checkout. 

 

  •  How can I order a custom doormat?

**PLEASE AVOID SENDING SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECT MESSAGES REGARDING A CUSTOM ORDER**

All custom orders should be placed using the "Custom Swag" page on our website. 

 

  • Will my item look just like the photo?

Yes.

NOTE: All items are handmade and/or hand altered so some designs may vary. Doormat photos are mock ups of how the design will look on the mat. 

 

  • Are the doormats all weather proof?  PLEASE READ!! 

NO!!!

Coir doormats are NOT element proof. They are to be kept dry and out of direct sunlight. If doormat becomes soaked from rain or snow, the fibers will darken and your design will be dull. NO refunds or exchanges will be granted from doormats damaged by rain and/or normal wear and tear. NO EXCEPTIONS!
